'tis another day..
it's been such a super duper long time since i've updated my blog, huh? yup. so get prepared. this is gonna be a long entry.
hm i dun think i mentioned this even though it did cross my mind to, but i got into hall of residence 15 of NTU hostel. no air con, but the hall orientation camp/freshmen orientation camp (FOC) was damn gd. damn fun. rite now im like black and peeling all over frm the sunburn but oh well, it reli was fun. for once i dun mind being dark. but if onli the darkening process came without the peeling. n im like wondering if this time it'll be like the other times - where my skin would peel and then voila, the skin underneath is still of the same shade. haha so somehow i nvr reli did get dark for long before i became fair (NOT white) again.
hm our grp name was called Jaggers. cool, rite? even though it kinda sounds a bit aggressive, the way i hear it. but anw our grp was reli bonded and i'm reli proud to be part of them, rather than the other 3 groups - Euphoria (Eupho for short), Iris or Viva. Viva sounds nice, doesnt it? but their grp leader v scary cos she's so competitive and u can tell frm her face sometimes tt she'll do anything just to win.
7 days of camp came and went by. went to east coast park and sentosa and other places. tt explains my current colour and shade. haha but sentosa's reli reli nice. one day i'll ask my frenz along to go there too. marie and naf etc, heard tt? :) it's nice, reli. the sand (at least) is cleaner than tt at east coast park. not to mention the sea over there. at least i dun feel so grossed out when i go in the water. but everything's A ok at sentosa. :)
hm and wat's camp without cute guys, am i rite? haha wun say much la but i'm juz gonna say the seniors (those guys who are at least 3 yrs older than us girls) are better than those freshie guys (even though they're still 2 yrs older than us). haha oh well, give them time and mb they'll blossom.
yst night there was this dinner and dance thingy. the attire was clubbing wear. i dun reli haf tt kind i guess. and not to mention i'm not even sure how those clothes lk like since i dun go clubbing at all. but i wore a top and jeans anw. it reli was like clubbing. the music wasn't half bad - i'd give the programmers credit for tt. the pple dancing weren't too rough, so it was all rite on the dance floor too. plus the situation wasn't tt bad nor chaotic even though there was pple frm all 16 halls of residence in the single nanyang audi cos of where i was standing, i suppose. cos i was standing beside this reli nice senior most of the time. i dun reli noe him la. i onli noe he was one of the two chief programmers for the FOC last wk. i dun even noe if he's staying in the same block as i am. (each hall has 4 diff blocks). but anw he was reli nice cos when it got super crowded in the back and pple started moving and pushing, he helped me get a little in front and then he stood behind me so tt i wun get pushed. and then aftrwards when i wanted to leave cos i was getting tired and i had a 4 hr double lecture this morn starting frm 0830, he helped me get out of the place and still placed his hand on the side of my head to avoid pple frm hitting my head. so nice rite? n i dun even noe him lor. haha oh and it helps tt he's reli cute, too. haha but i think he got gf alr. oh wells.
oh abt my rmie. she's nice. but a bit blur and absent minded sometimes la. and she's quite pretty too, i think. almost everyone else thinks so too. but i think i c her everyday so got not much comments oso. haha she likes to club so last night she came back to the room at abt 2 am. i was abt to fall aslp then when she came back into the room. i came back to the hall this aftrnoon at 1 to find her still aslp la. haha wild one sia. but she said she fell aslp at 5 cos the grp of pple who came back late had supper in the hall lounge. haha n she's blur cos she didnt even lock the doors when she came back in to slp. i didn't lock the doors when i went to slp last nite either cos she didn't bring her keys. so i had to leave the door closed but unlocked. haha oh wells i think she kinda went a bit too high last night.
oh anw tonight my rmie beatrice's fren is hosting some kinda bd party at club momo. and cos im her rmie, of cos im the first one she asked. and of cos it's kinda hard to turn her down. haiz. but oh well, i think got quite a few pple frm our grp gg. so it shldnt be that bad. it's some national day countdown. nvr reli been in such events before so i guess it'll be an eye-opener. besides, no sch tmr. muahaha hooray.
speaking of which, i had my first lect in uni today. my gdness. it was like so boring la. n i didn't reli understand much of wat the lecturer said la. so it was reli 2 hrs of confusion. then aftr tt was another lect. econs lect. tt wasn't tt bad since the lecturer was kinda fun. but it was reli still v boring cos i've learnt it in jc le. so my fren n i bailed halfway thru the lect. so technically i onli sat thru 3 hrs of lect. which was still a feat, if u ask me. my gdness la. double lect.. sure die one lor. plus i haf it every tues and wed i think. but i dun haf classes on monday, which is kinda gd cos i can then go home on fri evening and go back to the hall onli on mon evening instead of sun evening. :)
okie. gg to decorate my room and bulletin board le. and then gg to read thru the bloody thick notes given today. oh and muz print notes oso. xian. haha till next time then~ ciao~
