'tis another day..

haiya. need to register for driving basic theory test soon. therefore need to go down to Popular this week to get the two theory books. hmmm i still dunno whether i shld go for private or school lessons. private will be much cheaper, i think, but will take much longer also, cos their exams or lessons are always scheduled to be later than school ones. hmmm i dunno if i'm in a hurry to pass also lei. i was thinking of taking private, but my mummy says take school will be better. haiz. oh wells.

argh school's starting next week le.... boo hoo. feel like living in denial.. it's not the school lessons tht i dread. it's the exams, i guess. and when there's school, time passes super quickly!! soon, it'll be MY turn for convocation. but the graduation dinner should be fun. haha. but i dun feel like working. it'll be so mundane when it comes to working life. there'll be no end to it!!

i guess it's different for internship cos i can actually see the end to it. but for working life, unless i have a concrete plan for the future and stick to it no matter wht, there'll be no end to it. but then again, even if i have a concrete plan and intend to stick to it, nothing's for certain. plans are bound to change.

to think we were all so naive in the past. like in primary school, we'd (especially the girls) always sign off autograph books with 'friends forever'. i mean, come on, how many of these friends do we still keep in touch with? none, for me. sad, right.

and it's even sadder that at some pt of time we actually realize subconsciously tht there's no such thing as 'friends forever'. subconsciously. we dun even realize the switch from signing off as 'friends forever' to signing off as 'yours sincerely', 'cheers' etc. mb if we realized the switch, we would make a greater effort to stay friends with those people? i dunno. i doubt it, though.
